Do you disconnect the sink and cooktop?
Plumbing and gas should be disconnected by a licensed trade first. Once they're capped, we pull the fixtures and the counters together.
Can the slab be salvaged?
Sometimes. Tell us before we start if you want it removed intact -- it takes longer, and stone can crack regardless.
