The process
How homeless encampment cleanout works
- 01
Request a free estimate
Call, text, or send the form. Tell us what needs to go and where it is — a photo or two helps.
- 02
Get an upfront price
We look at the job in person and give you a price before any work starts. Free, no obligation, no hidden fees added later.
- 03
We do all the lifting
Leave everything where it is. Our crew handles the lifting, carrying, and loading — usually right after you approve the price.
- 04
Donate, recycle, sweep up
We donate and recycle whatever we reasonably can instead of defaulting to the landfill, then sweep up and leave the space clean.
FAQ
Homeless Encampment Cleanout questions
Can you clean up a camp while people are still living there?
No. We clear sites after they've been vacated. Any notice or removal process is up to you as the property owner or manager, following local rules — once the site is empty, we handle the cleanup and haul-away.
What happens to belongings left at the site?
Tell us your plan before the job. If you need personal items, documents or valuables set aside rather than hauled away, we'll go through the site with that in mind.
What about needles or other hazardous materials?
Let us know if you've seen needles, human waste, chemicals or fuel at the site. We'll talk through those before loading — some materials need a specialist cleanup service rather than a junk hauler.
Do you work with businesses, HOAs and property managers?
Yes. We clean up wooded lots, retail and commercial properties, HOA common areas and rental properties, and give you an upfront price at a free on-site estimate.
