Will removing the ledger board damage the siding?

There will be fastener holes and a weather line where the deck met the house. We remove it cleanly; siding repair and flashing are a separate trade.

Do you take the concrete footings?

We can pull them or cut the posts at grade — decide at the estimate, since digging footings adds time.
