Frequently asked questions
The attic only has pull-down stairs. Is that a problem?
No — that's most attics. We bring enough crew to hand items down safely instead of dragging them through the opening.
Everything in the basement is damp. Will you still take it?
Ordinary damp or mildewed household items are fine. Widespread mold should be assessed by a remediation contractor first.
