We handle the demolition and haul-away. Water supply lines and electrical should be capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first — we're happy to schedule around whoever is doing that work.
Can you get a cast-iron tub down a staircase?
Yes. Heavy tubs get broken down or moved by a full crew rather than dragged, which is what keeps your stairs and walls intact.
